In the UltraSimple diet book, they talk about prep day being a week long and giving up caffeine, etc.
My prep day was spent searching for my tape measure (measuring is evidently essential), and bulking up on the basics (not food for the week, but Macaroni and cheese, a Blizzard at Dairy Queen).
I had my nails and feet done. While in the chair I reread the book and there was a statement there that said..."how important is your current lifestyle, that you cannot change it for seven days."
Exactly...wish me luck.
Don't think that I am fully prepared for tomorrow but here we go.
